Lemon Berry Delight

This refreshing twist on an ordinary berry smoothie is a great (and easy) way to sneak vitamins and calcium into your kids' diet! Or a healthy grown-up treat when you're craving something sweet and tangy.

Preperation Time: 10 Minutes Serves: 4

  • Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) container blueberry nonfat yogurt
1 1/2 cups skim milk
1 cup ice cubes
1 cup fresh For You® blueberries
1 cup fresh strawberries
1 teaspoon powdered lemonade mix

  • Directions

Place yogurt, milk, ice cubes, blueberries, strawberries, and lemonade mix in a blender. Pulse until smooth and creamy.
