Radish & Shrimp Spread

A simple dip with plenty of flavor can be served with crackers, celery, sliced cucumbers, etc. Try substituting light mayonnaise for a low-fat version of this spread.

Preperation Time: 15 Minutes Serves: 10 (about 1 quart)

  • Ingredients

1 quart Coarsely Chopped For You® Radishes
2 2/3 cups Coarsely Chopped Cooked Shrimp
1 cup Mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Salt

  • Directions

Combine all ingredients; cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Drain excess liquid. Serve with crackers, celery, sliced cucumbers, etc.
