4 and 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1/2 cup Sriracha sauce
1 Tbsp finely minced or grated fresh garlic (about 3 medium cloves)
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 and 1/2 tsp kosher salt
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
